Ingredients:

For the Popcorn Shrimp:

  • ½ lb shrimp (small, peeled & deveined)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For the Chicken Tenders:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into tenders)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
